The Thermaster PG210FA-XB is a commercial refrigerated salad prep station built for high-volume kitchens, sandwich bars, pizza counters and salad-focused operations that require steady, reliable ingredient cooling at bench height throughout a demanding service period. The unit accommodates a total of six full-size 1/1 GN containers, each fitting to a maximum depth of 150mm, across a 1000L gross volume footprint. Note that GN containers and divider inserts are not supplied with the unit and must always be in position during operation. The blown well cross-flow fan cooling system and cassette cooling configuration hold a working temperature range of 1°C to 5°C, even when ambient conditions reach 38°C at 50% relative humidity.
Constructed entirely from stainless steel on both interior and exterior surfaces, the PG210FA-XB is designed for long service life and efficient sanitation. Clear sliding doors on the serving side allow rapid ingredient access while minimising cold air loss, and three hinged doors below open into a refrigerated under-counter cabinet fitted with one shelf level plus usable floor space. The station ships with a 220mm deep PE chopping board, a removable stainless steel collection tray beneath the pan well, and castors to support flexible kitchen layouts. As this is a holding unit only, every product loaded into the pan well must be pre-chilled to below 5°C prior to placement.
