Powered by reliable Aspera compressors and German EBM-Pabst fans, the SCB/15 delivers fan-forced evaporator cooling with auto defrost and self-evaporating drainage for minimal maintenance. The enclosed pan area features easy-slide Perspex covers to protect temperature integrity, while rounded internal corners, a removable refrigeration unit and a 230 mm deep rear working area all contribute to fast, thorough cleaning.
