Friginox UMX1STS7-C Single-Trolley Roll-In Blast Chiller (Remote Condensing, Chiller Model)
The Friginox UMX1STS7-C is an ultra-compact roll-in blast chiller built on the Friginox i-Chilling platform, accepting one 1/1 GN trolley and managing loads up to 80 kg. Suited to restaurants, hotels, bakeries, hospitals, catering operations and centralised production kitchens, it combines a remote condensing unit configuration with an 80 mm polyurethane-insulated cabinet to deliver rapid, precise chilling within a space-efficient footprint. The trolley and remote condensing unit are each sold separately, and the unit requires assembly upon installation.
Underpinning the UMX1STS7-C is Self-Adaptive Intelligent Chilling technology, which continuously modulates the chilling air temperature in response to the characteristics of the product loaded, safeguarding texture, moisture and flavour while supporting food safety compliance. A 7-inch ergonomic touchscreen gives operators straightforward access to a full suite of operating modes alongside newer specialist capabilities including ice cream hardening, ventilation drying, and raw fish sanitisation, with support for multiple programmable timers featuring fully customisable chilling phases. Supplied as standard are a 3-point core temperature probe, a USB HACCP recorder, and an insulated stainless steel floor and ramp.
