The Unox XB893 Bakerlux is a professional electric convection oven built for high-volume bakery and pastry production, accommodating 10 trays at 600x400mm with 80mm spacing between each tray. Designed and engineered in Italy, it combines analogue control simplicity with advanced humidity and airflow technologies to deliver consistent, repeatable results across every tray in every batch.
Ideal for both fresh and frozen bakery products, the XB893 operates across a temperature range of 80°C to 260°C and supports convection and humidity cooking from 80°C. The BAKERLUX range is purpose-built for professionals who need a highly productive bakery oven in a compact footprint of less than one square metre, making it well suited to busy cafes, patisseries and commercial bakeries.
