The Unox XV4093 Cheflux is a 20-tray GN 2/1 electric dry air-steam combi oven designed for demanding commercial kitchens. Built in Italy, it features an analogue control system and a high-resistance AISI 304 stainless steel cooking chamber, delivering reliable, consistent results across bakery, roasting, steaming, grilling, and frying applications.
Equipped with Unox's advanced DRY.Plus, STEAM.Plus, and AIR.Plus technologies, the XV4093 gives operators precise control over humidity, airflow, and temperature from 80°C to 260°C. Its two-speed fan system with reverse function, LED door lighting, and anti-tipping tray supports combine practical safety with efficient batch cooking performance.
