The Unox XEVC-0621-EPRM Cheftop MIND.Maps PLUS is a technologically advanced electric combi oven holding 6 trays at GN 2/1 (equivalent to 12 x GN 1/1) with a 77 mm pitch, purpose-built for high-volume professional kitchens. Engineered in Italy, it combines Unox's Intensive Cooking and Intelligence Performance technologies to deliver repeatable, precise results across a full spectrum of cooking methods including steaming, roasting, grilling, pan frying, dehydrating, sous vide, low-temperature cooking, regeneration, and both fresh and frozen baking.

At the heart of the oven is a 9.5-inch touch control panel with MIND.Maps visual programming, allowing operators to draw and customise cooking processes directly on the display. With a library of 1000-plus programs, automatic CHEFUNOX management, and integrated Wi-Fi for HACCP and program data transfer, the XEVC-0621-EPRM empowers kitchens to achieve consistent, chef-quality output even without highly trained staff present. The right-hand door configuration suits standard kitchen layouts, and the oven ships with a water filtering system, DET and RINSE PLUS detergent concentrate, and a first installation kit.
