The Unox XEVC-1021-EPRM Cheftop MIND.Maps PLUS is a technologically advanced 10 x GN 2/1 electric combi oven engineered in Italy for high-volume professional kitchens. Powered by Unox's Intensive Cooking and Intelligence Performance technologies, it delivers repeatable, precision results across the full spectrum of gastronomy and baking processes, including dehydrating, steaming, low-temperature and sous vide cooking, roasting, grilling, pan frying, fresh and frozen baking, regeneration, and plated regeneration.
The PLUS control platform combines a 9.5-inch touch display with MIND.Maps visual programming, CHEFUNOX automatic cooking management, and a library of over 1,000 programs, enabling consistent output even without highly trained kitchen staff. Built-in Wi-Fi, integrated ROTOR.Klean automatic washing, a moulded AISI 316L stainless steel cooking chamber, and a comprehensive included installation kit make this oven a complete, ready-to-operate centrepiece for demanding commercial kitchens.
