Woodson W.BML21 2/1 GN Countertop Bain Marie
The Woodson W.BML21 is a countertop bain marie designed to keep hot food at safe serving temperatures throughout a busy service period. Built for wet operation, the unit uses a manually filled, air-insulated double-skinned welded tank to distribute heat evenly and gently, preventing food from drying out. Compatible with 2/1 gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep, it suits a wide range of menu items including soups, sauces, curries and vegetables, making it a practical choice for cafes, canteens, buffets, restaurants and catering kitchens.
Constructed from durable stainless steel with a satin #4 finish, the W.BML21 is both hygienic and easy to clean. Temperature is managed via a mechanical thermostat and a temperature gauge, giving operators precise control over holding conditions. The unit runs on a standard 10A, 240V plug-and-lead connection, requiring no hardwiring, and non-slip feet keep it securely positioned on any service counter. Pans are not included and must be purchased separately, though a variety of alternate gastronorm pan combinations are available.
