The Woodson W.CD.B.P.11 is a heated chip dump unit built for commercial kitchens that need reliable holding of fried foods such as chips, chicken, and seafood in a fast-paced service environment. Its pass-through configuration provides staff access from either side of the unit, making it an excellent fit for open kitchens, dual-station counters, and high-volume service lines. Australian made and finished throughout in stainless steel, this unit is engineered to preserve the quality of fried products while standing up to the rigours of continuous commercial use.
Holding performance is delivered through a combination of two overhead heat lamps mounted in the gantry and a single heater pad located beneath the pan, together creating an even heat environment that maintains food quality from top to bottom. A thermostat adjustable between 30°C and 120°C provides precise temperature management, while independent controls for the heater pad and heat lamps, including a lamp dimmer, allow operators to adapt heat output to fluctuating service demands. The unit comes complete with a full-size GN perforated pan measuring 100mm in depth, positioned at an angle so that surplus oil drains away from food, helping fried items remain crisp throughout the service period.
