A manual thermostat control and temperature gauge work together to maintain the cabinet between 70°C and 80°C, keeping pre-heated products at a safe, consistent serving temperature without drying them out. Five removable chrome wire shelves and a removable crumb tray make the unit straightforward to load, restock, and clean, while indicator lights allow staff to monitor correct operation at a glance.
