Wexiodisk WD-PRM7 Passthrough Pre-Rinse Washer

The Wexiodisk WD-PRM7 is a passthrough pre-rinse washer designed as the first stage in a high-volume commercial dishwashing line. It rinses baskets from both above and below with a powerful flow of water, removing food residue far more thoroughly than manual pre-rinsing can achieve. The unit accommodates 600mm x 500mm baskets and processes up to 120 baskets per hour on a 30-second cycle, keeping the wash line moving smoothly during peak service periods.

The WD-PRM7 reuses overflow water from the connected rack conveyor machine and introduces a small amount of detergent to deliver efficient, consistent rinsing while minimising total water consumption across the dishroom. Working in conjunction with ICS+, this system helps keep washing water clean throughout long wash cycles and allows the main dishwasher to run shorter programs, reducing energy and chemical use over time. The unit must be used with a compatible Wexiodisk rack conveyor machine, and upgrades and options are available.
