Built around a single 1/1 GN capacity, it features a 200mm deep drawn hot well welded directly into the unit, with a double-walled, fully insulated and cladded carcass to maintain consistent food temperatures throughout service.

Practical and operator-focused, the ZUB 1 includes stepless thermostat control adjustable between +30°C and +110°C, a 2.5m spiral cable for flexible connection, and a safety push handle for controlled manoeuvring.
