Where is your showroom?
151/153 Parramatta Road, Granville NSW 2142. Open Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm.
How quickly does equipment ship?
Most in-stock items ship within a week. Larger production equipment and cool rooms are scheduled with you. Confirm current availability for the exact model when you order.
Do you deliver outside Sydney?
Yes. We deliver across Australia. Delivery options and costs depend on the item and destination, so confirm them when you order or request a quote.
Can I see equipment working before I buy?
Yes. The Granville showroom has working equipment on the floor, including commercial espresso machines and grinders you can try. See commercial kitchen equipment in Sydney.

Do you offer finance?

How do warranty claims work?
Every product is backed by its manufacturer's warranty. Call us first with the model, serial number and purchase details and we'll point you to the right manufacturer or help coordinate the claim. See warranty & support.
Do you do full commercial kitchen fit-outs?
Yes. From a single replacement to a complete fit-out including design, supply and installation. See fit-out design and catering equipment.
Who installs gas, electrical and plumbing connections?
Connections must be made by appropriately licensed trades following the manufacturer's installation instructions. Ask us what is included in your quote.
