The Brenner BREE8-600IC Volt 800 Series induction cooktop gives commercial kitchens four cooking zones in a 600 mm wide freestanding unit. Each zone has its own knob control, with 11 power levels to adjust heat for different cooking tasks.

Induction heats compatible cookware directly, helping reduce heat released into the kitchen compared with gas or radiant elements. A ceramic glass cooking surface, stainless steel body and open stand make this model a practical choice for restaurants and cafés.
