The Blue Seal E91 is a 900mm bench or wall-mounted electric salamander designed for demanding commercial kitchen environments. Powered by two 3kW infrared elements delivering a combined 6kW of intense radiant heat, it provides rapid, consistent overhead grilling ideal for finishing, glazing, browning and toasting across a wide range of dishes.

Built with a robust monocoque construction for long-term durability, the E91 features a four-position rack system, individual left and right heat controls with dedicated indicator lights for each element, and a removable base that simplifies cleaning, installation and servicing.
