The Turbofan EC40M7 is a full-size electric combi oven offering three manual cooking modes — convection, steam, and combination — in a compact 777mm wide footprint suited to restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and catering operations. Powered by 12.5kW of heating and built with straightforward electro-mechanical controls, it delivers consistent, repeatable results across seven full-size 1/1 GN trays without complex programming or a steep learning curve.

Direct steam generation, auto-reversing fan direction, and a smooth rounded cooking chamber work together to ensure even heat and moisture distribution across every load. An externally connected hand shower with triple-action water filter, door-open rapid cool-down, and manual chamber venting make end-of-shift cleaning and turnaround fast and practical, while LED chamber lighting and a double-glazed thermo-reflective door give operators a clear view of product at all times.
