The Turbofan EC40T10 is a full-size electric direct steam combi oven holding ten 1/1 GN trays, built to meet the pace of high-demand commercial kitchens such as restaurants, cafés, hotels and catering operations. Despite its narrow 777mm wide footprint, it delivers remarkable throughput across three manual cooking modes — convection (30°C–260°C), steam (30°C–130°C) and combi (30°C–260°C) — plus regeneration capability, all driven by a 14.5kW heating system.

Operators interact with the oven via a 7-inch high-definition capacitive LCD colour touch screen whose layout can be tailored to individual preferences, while the patented MULTILEVEL PLUS function effectively doubles production capacity across each shelf level. Behind the scenes, Autoclima, ECOVAPOR and ECOSPEED work in concert to keep the cooking chamber at the ideal climate, steam saturation and energy output, and the automatic LCS (Liquid Clean System) takes the effort out of end-of-service cleaning.
