The Fagor Ultrarapid salamander is a fast-recovery commercial salamander grill for finishing, glazing and melting during service. It reaches max temperature in 20 seconds from ignition, or 5 seconds during operation, so it does not need to sit on full heat between dockets.

The SEQ-60-4T is the contact model with plate detection. It measures 600 × 480 × 525 mm (W × D × H).
