The Electmax EFS-8 is a purpose-built commercial fries station designed to keep fried foods hot, crisp, and presentation-ready throughout a busy service period. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the unit combines four overhead heat lamps with a specially designed ceramic bottom heater to deliver even, consistent warmth from above and below, ensuring chips, fries, and snacks retain their texture from cook to counter.
Measuring 800mm wide, the EFS-8 integrates neatly into existing fryer lines and preparation benches, making it a practical addition to cafés, restaurants, takeaways, and fast-food operations. A polycarbonate shield protects the holding area while maintaining food visibility, and the included storage cabinet, GN pans, and divider system give operators everything needed to organise and serve multiple fried products simultaneously.
