Overview

Gasmax REB-03ELPG Heavy Duty LPG Salamander

The Gasmax REB-03ELPG is a heavy duty LPG salamander built for the demands of medium to large commercial kitchens, restaurants and cafes. Three powerful ceramic infrared burners deliver intense, even radiant heat across a generous 630mm x 400mm grill area, making it an excellent choice for finishing, glazing, browning, and grilling steak and seafood to order.

Constructed from heavy duty stainless steel throughout, the REB-03ELPG combines durability with practical safety features including auto ignition, a pilot light and flame failure shut-off. It comes supplied with a heavy duty cast iron shelf, and a matching stainless steel stand is available separately, giving operators a complete, professional overhead grilling solution.

Key Benefits

• Ceramic infrared burners produce fast, intense radiant heat that reduces finishing and grilling times during high-volume service.
• Auto ignition and pilot light allow quick, reliable startup without the need for manual lighting, saving time at the start of each shift.
• Flame failure shut-off automatically cuts the gas supply if the flame is extinguished, protecting staff and the kitchen environment.
• A large 630mm x 400mm grill area accommodates multiple portions simultaneously, boosting throughput for busy service periods.
• Heavy duty stainless steel construction resists the rigours of daily commercial use and simplifies cleaning and maintenance.
• The included heavy duty cast iron shelf provides a sturdy, heat-retentive surface for resting or warming food during service.
• A matching stainless steel stand is available, allowing the unit to be set up as a fully self-contained overhead grill station.
• Adjustable cast iron cooking surface on the REB-03E model allows the grill height to be varied to suit different foods and desired results.
• A 2-year parts and labour warranty, extendable to 4 years parts-only coverage with product registration within 14 days of invoice, provides strong long-term assurance.
