The Thermaster D-G7 is a 7-tray blast chiller and shock freezer built to HACCP specification for demanding commercial kitchen environments. With a temperature range spanning +70°C down to -18°C, it rapidly reduces the core temperature of freshly cooked food to +3°C in under 90 minutes, significantly limiting bacterial proliferation and moisture loss while preserving colour, texture, fragrance and overall food quality.
