The Yasaki ZJ-VM400B2 is a stainless-steel bench top vacuum packing machine built for medium to large commercial kitchens, including restaurants, cafés, butcheries, hotels and catering operations. With a high-capacity 20m³/h vacuum pump, dual 400mm sealing bars and a fast cycle time of 10 to 30 seconds, it delivers consistent, reliable results across a wide range of foods including meats, seafood, cheese, sauces and ready-made meals.
Designed to preserve goods three to five times longer than conventional storage, the ZJ-VM400B2 actively prevents product discolouration and locks in flavour, reducing food waste and improving storage efficiency. The intuitive digital control panel allows precise adjustment of vacuum and seal settings to suit different food types, while the high-transparent lid lets operators monitor the sealing process without interrupting the cycle. Please note that vacuum bags are not included.
