A product photograph helps you understand an appliance, but it is not a complete list of what a quotation includes. Stands, trays, baskets and other accessories may be shown to illustrate a working setup. Before ordering commercial kitchen equipment, turn the pictured arrangement into a written inclusion checklist.

Separate the appliance from the surrounding items

Start with the exact equipment model on the quotation. Then list every additional item you expect to receive. For a combi oven, that might mean a stand, grids, trays or a trolley. For another appliance, the relevant accessories will be different.

Do not assume an item is included or excluded because it appears in a photograph. Check the product description and the written quotation, then ask the supplier to resolve anything unclear.

Use four clear inclusion labels

Mark each item as included, separately priced, supplied by you or unconfirmed. Keep the last category visible until the supplier answers. This avoids quietly treating an unanswered question as an inclusion.

Item What to confirm
Stand or support Exact reference, compatibility and whether it is included
Trays, grids or baskets Format, quantity and accepted loading arrangement
Trolley or mobile base Model compatibility and any required interface
Service-related accessories What the manufacturer requires and who supplies it

The table is a discussion checklist, not a statement that every appliance needs all four categories. Use the model documentation to identify the actual requirements.

Check compatibility, even for existing accessories

If you plan to reuse equipment already in the kitchen, give the supplier its model number and measurements. A similar size or familiar brand name does not prove that a stand, trolley or accessory is approved for the new appliance.

Ask for the relevant compatibility information in writing. Where a physical fit check is useful, use the actual item or an accurate drawing rather than a rough visual comparison.

Keep supply and installation separate

An accessory being included does not tell you who will fit or connect it. Record any assembly, positioning, connection and commissioning responsibilities alongside the inclusion list. Have installation requirements assessed for the exact model and site.

If the proposal changes, update the checklist against the new quotation version. This is particularly useful when a different model is offered or an optional package replaces individually priced items.

Confirm the final package before purchase

Send the supplier your completed list and retain the confirmed version with the order documents. When equipment arrives, use that same list to check what was supplied and identify any questions promptly.

Explore Atlantic’s combi ovens or broader commercial oven range, then ask for a quotation that identifies the complete package for your kitchen. Clear inclusions make it easier to compare proposals and prepare for delivery.
