The Robot Coupe R401 is a professional-grade bench food processor that combines two machines in one compact unit, pairing a 4.5-litre stainless steel cutter bowl with a vegetable preparation attachment on a shared metal motor base. Built around a robust industrial induction motor running at 1500 rpm, it handles a wide range of tasks including chopping, mincing, grinding, kneading, mixing, slicing, grating and julienning, making it an indispensable workhorse for cafes, restaurants and bakeries preparing between 20 and 100 meals per service. The unit is manufactured in France and is fully compatible with Australian single-phase, 10-amp electrical installations.

Supplied ready to use with four stainless steel discs covering the most common vegetable preparation cuts, the R401 delivers consistently precise results at high throughput, with a maximum vegetable preparation output of 200 kg per hour.
