The Apuro CH423-A is a continuous feed vegetable preparation machine built for the demands of busy commercial kitchens. Powered by a 550W single-speed motor and constructed from aluminium alloy, it delivers consistent, high-volume cutting through a wide variety of firm vegetables, including carrots, cabbage and potatoes, helping kitchen teams dramatically reduce manual prep time with less mess and effort.

Please note: this machine is not suitable for very soft vegetables or onions.
