The Atosa 2 Door Refrigerated Pizza Table With Drawers is a pizza prep station that is generously equipped with cold storage and space to work. It boasts a stainless steel interior and exterior, as well as a sturdy granite surface ideal for working dough. Designed to keep products cool in even the hottest kitchens, the cooling unit is fitted with insulation foam, as well as with European-made parts including an Aspera compressor and an EDM fan motor, as well as a Carel or Dixell digital controller. Arrives complete on castor wheels for easy mobility.
