The Atosa Three Doors Sliding Lid Saladette is a compact and well-rounded unit ideal for catering and busy kitchens. Engineered for optimal performance in hot environments, this saladette fits standard GN pans and lids (not included) and has a stainless steel top with marble prep area, ideal for pizza. The lower compartment offers insulated cold storage, the interior and exterior built from hard-wearing stainless steel and includes white Epoxy shelves and stainless steel rails. It offers a static cooling system operating at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C with self-evaporating drainage, and is fitted with European-made parts including an Aspera compressor and an EDM fan motor, as well as a Carel or Dixell digital controller. Arrives with 4 castors installed for easy mobility. Please note: this unit requires manual defrosting. It is advised to defrost regularly for better maintenance of temperatures.
