Baker Max HX-2E Pizza Conveyor Oven
The Baker Max HX-2E is a three-phase electric pizza conveyor oven built for high-volume commercial kitchens, pizzerias, restaurants, catering venues and food courts. Capable of producing up to 20 pizzas (up to 460 mm in diameter) per hour with an average cook time of just 3 minutes, the HX-2E delivers consistent, hands-free results across every service period.
The oven comes complete with a heavy-duty steel stand fitted with two swivel castors with brakes and two removable castors for easy positioning, and the unit is stackable on a bench (without a stacking kit) to maximise output in kitchens where floor space is at a premium. Mechanical knob controls and a fan-cooled, safe-to-touch exterior keep operation straightforward and safe for all kitchen staff.
