Buying advice

• A carton holds 60 - at 100 serves a day that is about 1 days of stock, so set the RT-B-PL-10-6X10P-P reorder point around your own daily volume.
• BioPak lists the RT-B-PL-10-6X10P-P for hot, cold, wet & dry products, so the same item can carry hot dishes as well as cold or dry ones.
• BioPak lists home-compost certification for the RT-B-PL-10-6X10P-P as pending (AS5810 Australian Standards, NF T51-800 European Standards), so hold off on calling it home compostable on menus until certification is confirmed.
• PFAS status is listed as no added pfas (liangshi additive), which supports PFAS-free packaging claims you may need to make.
• Store RT-B-PL-10-6X10P-P cartons sealed, dry and off the floor; plant-fibre and paper items can soften or mark in damp storage.
