Buying advice

• A carton holds 1,000 - at 100 serves a day that is about 10 days of stock, so set the BB-BIC-5 reorder point around your own daily volume.
• Rated by BioPak for hot and cold - useful if you want one 150ml / 5oz ice cream biocup across hot and cold menu items.
• The BB-BIC-5 sits in BioPak's 5-7oz (146-230ml) size bracket; match it to your standard portion and confirm the lid fits before ordering both.
• Certified for industrial composting (AS4736 Australian Standards, EN13432 European Standards) but not home composting, so it needs a commercial organics service.
• No added PFAS is listed (No Added PFAS) - handy if you are moving away from fluorinated grease-proofing.
• Plant fibre absorbs moisture, so keep opened BB-BIC-5 sleeves covered and away from steam and sinks.
