Buying advice

• A carton holds 1,000 - at 100 serves a day that is about 10 days of stock, so set the GD-6.5AK-B reorder point around your own daily volume.
• Rated by BioPak for hot, cold, wet & dry products - useful if you want one 16.5cm / 6.5" pla knife across hot and cold menu items.
• Plant-fibre cutlery like the GD-6.5AK-B suits most takeaway meals; trial it with your thickest dishes before switching fully.
• Certified for industrial composting (AS4736 Australian Standards, EN13432 European Standards) but not home composting, so it needs a commercial organics service.
• BioPak states no added PFAS for the GD-6.5AK-B, which helps if customers or your council are asking about PFAS-free packaging.
• Keep GD-6.5AK-B cartons sealed in a cool, dry store away from heat sources until use.
