Buying advice

• A carton holds 400 - at 100 serves a day that is about 4 days of stock, so set the BB-BL-SMALL reorder point around your own daily volume.
• Because it is listed for hot, cold, wet & dry products, the BB-BL-SMALL can double for hot meals and cold or dry items.
• The BB-BL-SMALL sits in BioPak's 16-19oz (471m-600ml) size bracket; match it to your standard portion and confirm the lid fits before ordering both.
• Home compostable to AS5810 Australian standards: worth stating on menus that feature the BB-BL-SMALL, once you have checked your area's organics collection accepts it.
• PFAS status is listed as no added pfas, which supports PFAS-free packaging claims you may need to make.
• Plant fibre absorbs moisture, so keep opened BB-BL-SMALL sleeves covered and away from steam and sinks.
