Buying advice

• With 2,500 per carton, work out how many days of service one carton of JP-PBS-6X197-IPW-B covers at your volume before deciding how many to hold.
• BioPak lists the JP-PBS-6X197-IPW-B for cold, wet & dry products; it is not listed for hot food or drinks, so pick a hot-rated item for soups or coffee.
• BioPak lists home-compost certification for the JP-PBS-6X197-IPW-B as pending (Certified to NF T51-800 European standards, AS5810 Australian Standards), so hold off on calling it home compostable on menus until certification is confirmed.
• BioPak states no added PFAS for the JP-PBS-6X197-IPW-B, which helps if customers or your council are asking about PFAS-free packaging.
• Keep the JP-PBS-6X197-IPW-B cartons in a dry store away from dishwash steam - fibre packaging picks up moisture.
