Buying advice

• A carton holds 250 - at 100 serves a day that is about 2 days of stock, so set the BB-TRAY4 reorder point around your own daily volume.
• BioPak lists the BB-TRAY4 for dry contents only, hot or cold, so the same item can carry hot dishes as well as cold or dry ones.
• No added PFAS is listed (No Added PFAS) - handy if you are moving away from fluorinated grease-proofing.
• Plant fibre absorbs moisture, so keep opened BB-TRAY4 sleeves covered and away from steam and sinks.
