Buying advice

• Sold by the carton of 600: check storage space for at least one spare carton of B-ST-LARGE-PF so you are not caught short mid-week.
• Rated by BioPak for hot, cold, wet & dry products - useful if you want one large plant fibre sushi tray across hot and cold menu items.
• The B-ST-LARGE-PF is certified home compostable (AS5810 Australian standards); check what your local council accepts before telling customers how to dispose of it.
• BioPak states no added PFAS for the B-ST-LARGE-PF, which helps if customers or your council are asking about PFAS-free packaging.
• Keep the B-ST-LARGE-PF cartons in a dry store away from dishwash steam - fibre packaging picks up moisture.
