The Waldorf CH8120G-CB is a heavy-duty 1200mm gas chargrill from the 800 Series, mounted on a cabinet base and purpose-built for high-volume commercial kitchen environments. Four stainless steel U-burners deliver a combined output of 133 MJ/h (36.9 kW), producing consistent, intense heat across the full cast iron grate surface for authentic char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables.

Engineered and manufactured in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, this chargrill is designed with day-to-day service in mind. An inclined grate arrangement channels grease away from the heat source and into a front collection channel, while lift-out radiants, burners and baffles make cleaning and routine maintenance straightforward.
