The Waldorf CHL8900ED-B is a 900mm electric chargrill from the Waldorf 800 Series, configured as a low back bench model suited to the pace of busy commercial kitchens. Delivering 13.4kW of heating power across a 730mm x 590mm cooking surface, the unit achieves temperatures up to 400°C, producing consistent char-grilled results on meats, seafood and vegetables.

Constructed from heavy-duty stainless steel throughout and built on a fully modular platform, this chargrill is designed for long-term reliability and straightforward on-site servicing.
