The Waldorf Bold CHLB8900G-LS is a 900mm wide commercial gas chargrill mounted on a leg stand, engineered for high-volume professional kitchens that demand consistent, intense grilling performance. Three 33 MJ/hr stainless steel U-burners deliver a combined 100 MJ/hr output across heavy-duty reversible cast iron grates, producing authentic char marks on meats, seafood and vegetables with every service.

Designed and built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the Bold chargrill features an inclined grate position with a fin design that actively reduces flare-ups and channels grease into a front collection trough, keeping the cooking surface cleaner and safer during continuous use. Flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner per burner zone adds an important safety layer, while lift-out grates, radiants, burners and grease tray baffles make end-of-service cleaning straightforward. The default colour is black, with additional colour options available to suit your kitchen fitout.
