The Convotherm CMINIPRO6.06-B Mini Pro is a compact 6 x 2/3 GN tray electric direct steam combi oven purpose-built for commercial kitchens where space is at a premium but output expectations remain high. Featuring the Natural Smart Climate (ACS+) system, it delivers three primary cooking modes across a wide temperature range, complemented by five advanced extra functions including AirFry, BakePro, Crisp&Tasty, HumidifyPro and a controllable fan with five speed settings, giving operators of all skill levels the tools to produce consistently exceptional results.
Controlled via an intuitive easyTouch 7-inch TFT HiRes capacitive glass touchscreen with image-based guidance and a TriColor indicator ring, the Mini Pro is equally suited to front-of-house theatre and back-of-house production. The ConvoClean S2L integrated self-cleaning system, HygieniCare antibacterial surfaces, HACCP data storage, Ethernet connectivity and optional WiFi module make it a hygienic, connected and low-maintenance solution for busy catering operations.
