The ConvectMax YXD-8AE is a compact yet heavy-duty electric convection oven built for the demands of commercial kitchens, including restaurants, cafes and catering operations. Its fully stainless steel construction, wide temperature range of 50°C to 300°C, and press-button steam function make it equally capable of roasting, baking, reheating and defrosting across a full service period.
Two powerful reversing fans work alongside a stainless steel baffle to circulate heat uniformly throughout the cavity, while a 360°C hi-limiter provides an essential safety backstop. The oven arrives ready to work with four aluminium 600 x 400mm trays included, a 120-minute timer with audible bell, and a hard-wired 240V connection suited to permanent commercial installation.
