The 12mm machined mild steel griddle plate delivers consistent, even heat across the entire surface, making it ideal for breakfasts, burgers, grilled proteins and more.

Powered by three burners delivering a combined 63MJ/hr (16.5kW), the CT9 features dual variable controls allowing each zone to be adjusted independently from high to low, giving operators precise heat management across the plate. Flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner and piezo ignition ensures safe, reliable start-up during a busy service.
