The Cobra CW2H-CD is a 1200mm commercial gas wok range featuring two independently operated burners: a 95 MJ/hr 24-jet chimney burner paired alongside a 105 MJ/hr 18-jet duckbill burner, delivering a combined output of 200 MJ/hr. Built in New Zealand around a welded full-chassis frame, the unit incorporates a double-skin insulated wok deck that requires no water cooling, eliminating excess steam, reducing water waste, and improving energy efficiency for operators in high-volume Asian, fusion, and catering kitchen environments.
Engineered with an 800mm depth to suit tighter kitchen footprints, the CW2H-CD accepts a 14-inch wok hole accommodating woks between 40 and 60 cm (16 to 24 inches). Daily operation and cleaning are streamlined through pilot ignition with flame failure protection on each burner position, lift-out wok rings, a rear waste channel, a stainless steel spill tray, a high splashback with shelf, and a water-folding laundry swivel arm mounted on the splashback.
