The Convotherm CXEBD10.10 is a professional electric combi-steamer from the Convotherm maxx pro range, manufactured in Germany and engineered for the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. The unit holds 11 x 1/1 GN trays at a 68mm shelf pitch and produces steam through a dedicated high-performance boiler mounted externally to the cooking cavity, which guarantees consistent humidity delivery across all three operating modes: Steam (30–130°C), Combi-Steam (30–250°C), and Convection (30–250°C).
Operation is handled via the easyDial interface, which brings every function together on a single operating level supported by a digital display, keeping day-to-day use straightforward despite the oven's extensive capabilities. A TriColour indicator ring gives instant visual feedback on operating status, and a full suite of climate, quality, production, and cleaning management tools ensures excellent culinary results, food safety compliance, and streamlined kitchen workflows.
