Operation is handled through the intuitive easyDial panel, which provides access to all functions on a single operating level via a digital display and a TriColour indicator ring that communicates current oven status at a glance. Three core cooking modes – Steam, Combi-Steam and Convection – are complemented by an extensive suite of climate, quality, production and cleaning management tools, giving kitchen teams the flexibility to handle a wide variety of menu items from a single appliance.
