The Convotherm CXEBT20.10D is a floor-standing, 20 x 1/1 GN tray electric combi-steamer oven from the Convotherm Maxx Pro series. Its high-performance boiler sits externally to the cooking chamber, generating steam in a dedicated zone to deliver precise, consistent saturation without occupying internal capacity. Three core cooking modes span a wide temperature range, and the unit is operated via a capacitive 10-inch TFT HiRes easyTouch glass touchscreen, making it a highly capable workhorse for production kitchens, caterers and high-volume foodservice operations.
