The Convotherm CXEBT6.20D is a heavy-duty electric combi-steamer designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, accommodating 14 x 1/1 GN or 7 x 2/1 GN trays at a 68mm shelf pitch. It pairs an external high-performance boiler with Convotherm's Natural Smart Climate (ACS+) technology to deliver precise, consistent outcomes across steam, combi-steam and convection cooking modes, operating on a 400V 3N~ 32A supply at 19.5 kW. Built from stainless steel and manufactured in Germany, this countertop unit is a robust, future-ready centrepiece for any professional kitchen.
Operators interact with the unit through an easyTouch 10-inch TFT HiRes capacitive glass touchscreen, which gives access to a full suite of production, quality and climate management tools, an integrated cookbook, and up to 399 programmable multi-step cooking profiles. The ConvoClean+ fully automated cleaning system, triple-glazed disappearing door, LED cavity lighting, and built-in WiFi, Ethernet and USB connectivity complete the package, making this oven equally suited to demanding daily service and strict hygiene compliance requirements.
