The Convotherm CXGBD10.10 is a gas-fired combi-steamer oven accommodating eleven 1/1 GN trays, built around a dedicated boiler system and manufactured in Germany from stainless steel. Suited to high-volume production kitchens, catering operations and institutional foodservice, it runs on natural gas or LPG at 81 MJ/hr and draws power from a standard 230V 10A supply, making it equally at home on a countertop or paired with a stand.
At its core, the CXGBD10.10 uses Convotherm's Natural Smart Climate (ACS+) technology to deliver steam, combi-steam and convection cooking across a temperature range of 30°C to 250°C. The easyDial control interface, TriColour status ring, 99 programmable cooking profiles and fully automated ConvoClean cleaning system work together to reduce operator workload, uphold food safety compliance and sustain consistent output through the busiest service periods.
