The Convotherm CXGBD20.10 is a heavy-duty 20 tray gas combi-steamer oven using an external high-performance boiler system to generate steam outside the cooking chamber, ensuring precise and consistent humidity control across all cooking modes. Designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, it delivers three core cooking methods via Natural Smart Climate (ACS+) technology: Steam (30–130°C with guaranteed steam saturation), Combi-Steam (30–250°C with automatic moisture control), and Convection (30–250°C with optimised heat transfer).

Operated through the intuitive easyDial control panel with a digital display and TriColour indicator ring showing live operating status, the CXGBD20.10 supports up to 99 programmable cooking profiles with nine steps each, HACCP data logging, and a fully automated ConvoClean cleaning system. From bakery and roasting applications through to regeneration and sous-vide, this oven provides the production management, quality assurance, and hygiene features required in demanding foodservice environments.
