Convotherm CXGBT6.20D Gas Combi-Steamer Oven with Boiler System and Disappearing Door

The Convotherm CXGBT6.20D is a heavy-duty, German-manufactured gas combi-steamer built to meet the demands of high-volume commercial kitchens. It holds 14 x 1/1 GN or 7 x 2/1 GN trays at 68 mm shelf spacing, draws 28 kW of gas power, and generates precise, consistent steam via a high-performance boiler mounted externally to the cooking chamber. A 230 V 10 A electrical supply supports the easyTouch 10-inch capacitive TFT HiRes glass touchscreen, which gives operators full command of three Natural Smart Climate (ACS+) cooking modes covering 30 to 250°C.

Up to 399 programmable multi-step profiles, an integrated cookbook spanning seven categories, and a comprehensive suite of climate, quality and production management tools make the CXGBT6.20D equally capable across steaming, baking, roasting, regeneration and cook-and-hold tasks. ConvoClean+ automated cleaning, built-in HACCP data storage, WiFi, Ethernet and USB connectivity, and an optional ConvoSmoke food-smoking function complete a highly capable, operator-friendly platform. The disappearing door incorporates a safety latch and sure-shut mechanism to maximise workspace and reduce accidental contact risk during busy service.
