The Turbofan E23M3/2C pairs two E23M3 half-size electrically powered convection ovens arranged one above the other on a single wheeled castor stand, creating a high-output cooking station within a 610mm-wide footprint. Each cavity takes three half-size sheet pans measuring 460 x 330mm or GN 2/3 trays, giving the combined assembly a total capacity of six pans across both chambers. Built in New Zealand from 304 stainless steel, the unit is equally at home in cafés, restaurants, catering operations and any commercial kitchen where output must be maximised without expanding the floor area.
Every oven in the stack is equipped with a bi-directional reversing fan that circulates air evenly through the cavity, a mechanical thermostat adjustable from 50°C to 260°C, and a manual 60-minute countdown timer with an audible buzzer alert at cycle end.
